VersaMax Limited Warranty
VersaMax offers the following warranty to the original owner. The warranty starts from the date of sale of which is documented when the Warranty Registration is filled out and submitted by either the original purchaser or the dealership.
A 5-year Structural Frame Warranty covers all main structure of frame and fabricated components by the manufacturer to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Supplier Component Warranty – consist of items such as hitches, axles, Suspensions, Wheels, Jacks, Electrical, air brake components, hydraulics or other features subject to the warranty provided by the supplier in conjunction with their respective manufacturers, under the terms of their warranty policies.
Normal wear items such as tires, brakes, decking, are not covered under warranty unless defects or premature wear is detected and are subject to Supplier discretion.
This Warranty is to repair or replace, at no cost to the end user, any warrantable part proven defective within the term of this warranty at an Authorized VersaMax Dealership or at the discretion of the manufacturer based on the nature of the claim.
Manufacturer shall not be held liable for misuse, such as overloading, abuse, accidents, alterations, modifications or repairs in any manner not authorized by the manufacturer during the term of the warranty.
Manufacturer will not be liable for consequential damages such as substitute vehicles, loss of profits, downtime, or other losses during the duration of the Claim. This warranty does not cover shipment of trailer or parts to an authorized warranty facility, or shipping cost associated with parts to dealer or consumer from factory.Authorization of Warranty Claims will require approval from the manufacturer prior to any repairs being performed. Any work prior to authorization will be at the expense of the end user.
VersaMax hereby disclaims any and all other warranties, express or implied, and limits its warranty liability as stated, above.

At VERSAMAX, we insist on a high level of quality materials and workmanship.
In the event of a warranty related problem with your trailer, please follow the claim procedure below.
- Have the trailer V.I.N. (Vehicle Identification 17-digit Number) and model No. available.
- Refer to the Owner’s Manual when identifying defective parts.
- Structurally related claims may require photos may be required in determining how to correct the problem.
- Give a detailed description of the nature of the problem. Also, provide contact names, phone number or e-mail address.
- A claim will be processed and reviewed for warranty approval.
- Defective parts must be returned for final review & approval of your claim.
Note:Â Only an authorized warranty facility will perform any warranty work.
